Ohio City Near West Development Corporation is a non-profit organization overseeing the community development activities in Ohio City, one of Cleveland's oldest and most diverse neighborhoods.  This culturally rich community is located just across the Cuyahoga River from downtown Cleveland, and is home to more than 15 ethnic groups representing over 10,000 people.
